What happens after setup?
You can maintain the assistant yourself, or have it managed for you through Crafted Workspace AI (a separate monthly managed service starting at $297/month).
Does it answer my phone?
No — a website assistant answers questions on your website. It does not answer your telephone, and it should never be presented as an emergency service.
