What happens after you send it

  1. 1. Request received. Your request lands with the pro you chose (no-preference requests come to Justin for matching).
  2. 2. A reply by email — usually within one business day. Either a fixed quote with exact scope, or a clarifying question if something is missing. That one-business-day reply is our target, not a guarantee.
  3. 3. You approve, then pay. Payment is a secure Stripe link for the exact quoted scope. Nothing is charged before you approve.
  4. 4. You send what's needed. Each service lists its inputs up front; work starts when your payment and your inputs are both in.
  5. 5. Delivery, then completion. You get the delivery by email, one included revision round if something in scope needs adjusting, and a completion note when it's done. Every step reaches you by email — there is no account to log into.
